Whilst booking your flights and water taxis explain to the Airline or water taxi that the purpose of your transportation is for a tour on the mainland of Belize. Tell them that you are not sure of the exact time you will return from your tour. This way the Airline/ water taxi will give you an open reservation for your return flight/ water taxi. If you arrive early you can board the next flight/ water taxi back to the Islands.
